They needed to fire someone, so they fired me (the white guy). A brown-nosing, belligerent Chinese guy (who I was not allowed to fire - as per order of the Chinese CEO) took my job. No matter what you do in that situation - if you're not Chinese, they'll get rid of you to protect their own. My recommendation: record every relevant piece of info and sue them out of our country, if they fire you. In case you’re working for Chinese company:
