		<description>Dear Stanna, I certainly agree that a professional should have resilience to bounce back so as to enhance his/her professional value.But i think this quality or attitude stems from internal organic chemistry developed through knoweldge and skills  in a corporate enviornment which attaches importance to HR development for excellence.It can not work in isolation on its own.
